Do the sizes run big or small?
I was just wondering what the best size would be for me in:

Peter Storm Women's Waterproof Traditional Flower JacketProduct code 042310

I am 5' 4", I am approx a size 12 on top and 14 on the bottom - I'm thinking the large to be on the safe side as I'm taking it to a festival and don't want it be too snug but I also don't want it to be like a tent - I would like to be sure as I can't get to a store to try it on and would need to order online.

I know you can't say for sure either but any help would be appreciated.

Get the large size. I'm size 12-14 and I ordered large, and it's just right - not too big but big enough to wear a fleece underneath.

I am a 16/18 and got XL so I would think the sizes meet UK sizes. uld suggest a M for you.

I actually went ahead and bought a medium and large, so I could send the one that didn't fit back - turns out the medium was more than big enough, very roomy indeed! Didn't even bother trying on the large, it would have drowned me! Anyway just thought I should let others know, as the website says the large would fit a size 14, this would maybe be for a person who is 14-16. For a 12-14, definitely a medium.

The sizes seem small to me-- I'm 5'7" and a size 14-16 -- I bought a XL and I wouldn't want it any snugger. So you might be able to do with a L but I wouldn't go smaller than this and if you want it roomy then a XL.
