Single female - getting on a bit - how easy is this to put up on my own?
This is the best that I've found so far, but ...... very important. Not always easy to ask passers by for assistance.

This tarp is free-standing however it has a pole at each end so it would depend on the dimensions of the tent.

Yes you can sleep under this Eurohike Tarp, however as you can see there are no sides to protect from the elements.
