You don't need to worry about batteries with this rechargeable lantern: it is supplied with a mains charger so you can ensure it's ready for use before you set off. There are two fluorescent tubes in the clear, tough plastic housing.

Can you get replacement bulbs?
I bought the light less than 1 year ago and have only been camping once. Great product but one of the bulbs has stopped working. It hasn't been dropped on knocked etc. I bought it in the Isle of Man shop whose staff are very friendly and helpful

I am sorry that you are having a problem with one of our products, I am sorry to say that we do not have replacement bulbs for this lantern. I would advise that you return this product to your local store for them to assess.

Replacement bulbs are available, however a trip to store is needed.

Question
How is the Eurohike Lantern switched on?
I am thinking of buying it as an emergency lamp for an elderly person, who only has the use of one hand, and not very good with that.

(Switching off, and charging, are not a problem -someone else will be doing that.)
